I made a mistake in my order. What should I do?

Please email us at enquiry@thelittleflowershop.com.sg or call us +65 6334 0603 as soon as possible, so that your changes can be taken into account before the order is made and delivered. Please include your order number to help our staff process your change request as quickly as possible.

What is your refund & return policy?
  • REFUNDS
  1. Full Refund for cancelation made 3 days prior to the delivery date of order placed. A processing and admin fee of $8 will be charged.
  2. If you feel you have received a refund in error, or have not yet received your refund after 2 weeks, kindly contact customer service at enquiry@thelittleflowershop.com.sg or drop us a Whatsapp at 97336696.
  3. 50% Refund for cancelation made 2 days prior to the delivery date of order placed. A processing and admin fee of $8 will be charged.
  4. All refund requests made will be accepted or declined at The little flower shop own discretion. The little flower shop reserves all rights to accept or decline a refund request.
  • CANCELLATIONS
  1. The Little Flower Shop reserves full rights to accept or decline any purchase made by any one individual or corporation.
  2. To make a cancellation, kindly contact customer service at enquiry@thelittleflowershop.com.sg or Whatsapp 97336696.
  3. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, anything lesser than that will be subjected to only a 50% refund as flowers are perishable items.
  • If a cancellation is necessary, you must cancel your floral order 24 hours before it is set to go out for delivery. Please call us to cancel your order. We do not accept email or messaging app cancellations.
  • For our Subscription Plans, due to the fact that we are providing our Subscription customers with substantially discounted subscription prices, there are no refunds once a Subscription order is made. We seek your understanding on this and other related matters.
Will you send me an email to confirm my order?

Once you have confirmed your order and made your payment through our secured system, we will send you an email confirmation that summarizes your order with relevant details.
